What is a Kodiak strap? Kodiak is a patented trademarked process that allows water to pass through
the leather as opposed to repel water. Read more about the process on our

Why should I buy authorized? Only our network of authorized dealers has been trained and understand the
nuances of how our watches operate. We will only service watches under warranty
that have been purchased and authorized.
How do I get other straps? All authorized dealers sell straps. If there is not a dealer in your area,
we will put you in touch with one who can sell to you.
What if I need a screw, crown or other part? We do not sell parts to individuals - these are available through any authorized
dealer.
What if I bought the watch out of the country and need service in the US? We require a warranty and proof of purchase receipt that has a date. Then you
can send in for service to the US service center.
What if I bought the watch from a dealer that is no longer authorized? Give us a copy of your warranty and purchase receipt.
Why don't you list all of
your dealers on your website? We do not want to pit dealer against dealer. We will refer you the dealer closest
to you.
Why should I buy form an authorized dealer if I can get it cheaper online? If your watch ever needs parts or service, we will only give them to you if
it was purchased from an authorized dealer. Buyer beware.
What if I have lost my warranty - how do I get repair service? We require a check made out to AnonimoUSA fro $100.00 to inspect the watch.
We will then send you an estimate to approve the repair and charge you any
additional monies owed.
How long does service take? 4-6 Weeks but it usually less.
